ARHGAP17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,970 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, FERMT2, and RPL26. Each is linked with ARHGAP17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP17-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP17 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
