ARHGAP15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMM50, ACO2, and PPP1R37. Each is linked with ARHGAP15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP15-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAMM50 grouped by ARHGAP15-low versus ARHGAP15-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
