ARHGAP15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSG11, ZNF831, and MAGEB1. Each is linked with ARHGAP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP15-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSG11 grouped by ARHGAP15-low versus ARHGAP15-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
