Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP15-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGAP15-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ARHGAP15-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP15-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRP, UVM, and THYM are the cancer types where ARHGAP15-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
