Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, JOSD1, and TIMM9. Each is linked with ARHGAP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP12-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by ARHGAP12-low versus ARHGAP12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
