The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ARHGAP11A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ARHGAP11A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
