Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP11A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP11A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ARHGAP11A mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LSCC are the cancer types where ARHGAP11A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
