ARHGAP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,990 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, RSU1, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with ARHGAP10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP10-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP10 versus TLN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
