Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,439 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM2, CXCL12, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with ARHGAP10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP10-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP10 results are reported.
