ARHGAP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCL3P1, FAM177A1, and GPX4. Each is linked with ARHGAP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP10-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCL3P1 grouped by ARHGAP10-low versus ARHGAP10-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
