Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MSH2, and ATM. Each is linked with ARHGAP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP10-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP10 results are reported.
