Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL392P, TOMM22P5, and MIR4450. Each is linked with ARHGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL392P grouped by ARHGAP1-low versus ARHGAP1-high in SKCM.
