Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARG2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ARG2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC are the cancer types where ARG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
