ARG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,865 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF318_S527, LCP2, and SNX9. Each is linked with ARG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG2-to-partner and partner-to-ARG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARG2 versus ZNF318_S527 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
