ARG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK8, NLRC3, and SLC16A1. Each is linked with ARG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG2-to-partner and partner-to-ARG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARG2 versus DOCK8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
