Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-206P, RNA5SP405, and IGLJ6. Each is linked with ARG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG2-to-partner and partner-to-ARG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-206P grouped by ARG2-low versus ARG2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
