Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARFIP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARFIP2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher ARFIP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARFIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

PDAC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARFIP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
