ARFIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,051 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, NFIA, and NAP1L4. Each is linked with ARFIP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFIP2 versus RRM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
