ARFIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBGT1, MOB2, and SLC25A22. Each is linked with ARFIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFIP2 versus GBGT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
