Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,428 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Telomere localization. Each is linked with ARFIP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP2 results are reported.
