Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,691 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP6, LRBA, and GALNT7. Each is linked with ARFIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP1 results are reported.
