ARFIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,890 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGST2, CLCN3, and TMEM144. Each is linked with ARFIP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFIP1 versus MGST2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
