Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,753 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of SREBP signaling pathway, Vesicle coating, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with ARFIP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFIP1 results are reported.
