ARFGEF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGEF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGEF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, eEF2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ARFGEF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ARFGEF3-low versus ARFGEF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
