ARFGEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFGEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29, SRMS, and TEX46. Each is linked with ARFGEF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by ARFGEF2-low versus ARFGEF2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
