Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARFGAP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARFGAP3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ARFGAP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARFGAP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
SKCM, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where ARFGAP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
