ARFGAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEBP1P1, OR5F2P, and KRTAP20-3. Each is linked with ARFGAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEBP1P1 grouped by ARFGAP3-low versus ARFGAP3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
