ARFGAP2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AR, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ARFGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP2 results are reported.
