ARFGAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCKAR, OR52K1, and H2BW2. Each is linked with ARFGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCKAR grouped by ARFGAP2-low versus ARFGAP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
