Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARFGAP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARFGAP1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ARFGAP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARFGAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and GBM show a favorable association.
CCRCC, LSCC, and COAD are the cancer types where ARFGAP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
