ARFGAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,908 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, YTHDF1, and ARFGAP1_T189. Each is linked with ARFGAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFGAP1 versus CSE1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
