ARFGAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,765 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L2, XPA, and LINC01290. Each is linked with ARFGAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFGAP1 versus TPD52L2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
