ARFGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Lck, and MEK1. Each is linked with ARFGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ARFGAP1-low versus ARFGAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
