ARFGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRTM3, DRD3, and GP9. Each is linked with ARFGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRTM3 grouped by ARFGAP1-low versus ARFGAP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
