ARF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ARF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF6-to-partner and partner-to-ARF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ARF6-low versus ARF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
