Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,850 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis, and Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone. Each is linked with ARF5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF5-to-partner and partner-to-ARF5 results are reported.
