Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,020 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF4P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with ARF4P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF4P2-to-partner and partner-to-ARF4P2 results are reported.
