Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,767 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Vesicle cargo loading, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with ARF4P1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF4P1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF4P1 results are reported.
