ARF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ARF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF4-to-partner and partner-to-ARF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ARF4-low versus ARF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
