ARF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP25, GPX4, and MVD. Each is linked with ARF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF3-to-partner and partner-to-ARF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP25 grouped by ARF3-low versus ARF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
