ARF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, EGLN1, and CACYBP. Each is linked with ARF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARF1 versus BROX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
