Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,912 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L2, PTPRH, and MED31. Each is linked with ARF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARF1 versus BAIAP2L2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
