Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPMP2, GUSBP17, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with ARF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF1 results are reported.
