ARF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A2, CCER1, and OR10C1. Each is linked with ARF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 grouped by ARF1-low versus ARF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
