AREL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AREL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AREL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, C22orf46, and BTBD6. Each is linked with AREL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AREL1-to-partner and partner-to-AREL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by AREL1-low versus AREL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AREL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AREL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
