ARAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,887 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SECISBP2L, KIAA1109, and KAT2B. Each is linked with ARAP2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAP2 versus SECISBP2L in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
