ARAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,137 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAP3, PSMB10, and PSME2. Each is linked with ARAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAP2 versus LAP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
