ARAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,452 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLS1, ZNF451, and SLC38A5. Each is linked with ARAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAP2 versus PLS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
