ARAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAMR1, GPR3, and GBGT1. Each is linked with ARAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAMR1 grouped by ARAP2-low versus ARAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
