Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARAP1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARAP1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ARAP1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARAP1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and READ show a favorable association.

UVM, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where ARAP1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
